The Company has continued to expand its investment portfolio while contributing to national economic development through employment creation, dividend distribution, and participation in productive economic sectors. Having started with 21 shareholders, the company currently has a total of 31 shareholders, providing a strong starting capital base. The company has been able to invest in a wide scope of portfolio, including real estate, equity, listed and unlisted companies, debt, private equity, and other investment opportunities in Kenya. The company has also expanded its operations by venturing into the insurance business through an Agency. Currently, the company is working on an export business initiative that will kick off soon. In the coming years, the company intends to continue diversifying its operations to cover other areas such as e-commerce and the provision of various services.
The Company is currently guided by its Strategic Plan (2023–2027), which outlines a forward-looking roadmap aimed at strengthening operational efficiency, expanding investment opportunities, mobilizing additional capital, and enhancing corporate visibility and branding. As part of its strategic transition, the Company has moved from dependence on shareholder monthly contributions towards sustainable, income-generating investments supported through partnerships, structured financing, and portfolio optimization.
